About Ganim Khatib:
I am Associate Professor Dr. Ganim Khatib. I work as a faculty member in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine and as a consultant physician at Private Adana Medical Park Hospital. I was born on February 1, 1981, in Palestine. I am married and have two children. My medical journey began when I attended Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine with a full scholarship, graduating in 2007. After passing the Medical Specialty Examination, I completed my Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Çukurova University Balcalı Hospital from 2008 to 2012, obtaining my specialty degree in October 2012. I worked in the private sector in Istanbul from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, I completed the Reproductive Health and IVF training and certification program at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Department of Reproductive Health and IVF, working actively for a 6-month period and earning my Reproductive Health and IVF Specialty Certificate. After passing the subspecialty examination, I completed my 3-year Gynecologic Oncology Surgery training at Çukurova University and Zeynep Kamil Hospital from 2015 to 2018. I earned my Gynecologic Oncology Specialist title in September 2018 and continued working as a faculty member in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at Çukurova University. I obtained my Associate Professorship in 2020. I completed my Master's degree in Biostatistics at Çukurova University's Department of Biostatistics in March 2021, having begun these studies in 2016. I have conducted observations and studies on women's cancers at Clinica Universidad de Navarra in Madrid, Spain, Charité University in Berlin, Germany, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, United States. I have been and continue to be involved in extensive academic activities including international and national publications, studies, research, and projects, primarily focusing on women's cancers and women's health. Currently, I continue my position as an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Division of Gynecologic Oncology at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine.
